Currently, vCommander® does not support creation of AWS availability zones directly. When you want to deploy workloads to specific availability zones, you can do still do so by assigning subnets to availability zones on a 1:1 basis. This way, when you are creating your destinations, you can assign only the relevant subnet, thereby also controlling the availability zone.

Then you can use a few different means to control the selection of destination -- including options like exposing the destination picker on their requests forms or using conditions to specify destinations on the basis of organization, service name etc. If you require any assistance determining the best option for your organization, please contact Embotics® Technical Support.
